1- Amer/limer kan (si seulement / if only)
– “Amer kan ay llan ɣer-i yidrimen.”
2- Ɣef zik axiṛ (plutôt sera le mieux / the sooner, the better)
– “Fak axeddim-ik ɣef zik axiṛ.”
3- Mɣiwel neɣ mɛeṭṭel (tôt ou tard / sooner or later)
– “mɣiwel neɣ mɛeṭṭel, ad iyi-d-yessuter isuraf.”
4- Ulaqrar / d ulaqrar (en fin de compte / ultimately)

– “Ig yeɣli udabu amesbaṭli!”

… (dans ce cas / in this case)
8- Ifut wakud (trop tard / too late)
– Dayen, ifut wakud i wuẓu n yisekla.”
